I created Spa-tique in 1995 as a personal spa sanctuary. A special escape to renew oneself inside and out. A cocoon to begin again and feel alive. Awareness is the key to change. Unwinding is a process.

At Spa-tique you rediscover a new way or expanded way to live in your body and enjoy life.

In 2019, I added the So Sound Sanctuary – sound therapy lounge – profound results and experiences! My journey began a new chapter in 2021. No longer accepting new clients, I now share my knowledge and expertise through education and products that provide inside-out health & wellness.
